These terms apply to text messages from Sam Alishahi, Insurance Broker (Saman Alishahi, California Insurance License #4348151).
What you’re signing up for
When you check the text-message box on the quote-request form, or tell me or my intake assistant on a call that you agree to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages about your insurance quote request and policy service. These include follow-up questions for underwriting, quote availability, appointment and document reminders, and renewal notices. I don’t send marketing texts through this program.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (424) 552-4545.
Consent isn’t required to buy
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying any insurance product.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read the full Privacy Policy.
